About Vitamin O
A. Vitamin O is a special supplemental oxygen taken in liquid form and produced through electrical-activation with a saline solution from the ocean.
A. Take 1/2 teaspon (2.5 mL) Vitamin O, 2 to 3 times daily or as needed. For best results, place Vitamin O under the tongue for a short time and then swallow.
A. Vitamin O should be taken on an empty stomach. (1/2 hour before eating or 1 hour after eating.)
A. Our research on Vitamin O indicates that placing it under the tongue and holding it there for a short time is by far the most effective way to benefit from the product. Some people prefer to take Vitamin O with water. Recently, we have discovered that placing Vitamin O in a glass and adding water to the glass is better than adding Vitamin O to the water. When water is added to Vitamin O, the water adopts the integrity of the Vitamin O, thus increasing the effectiveness of the product. Again, to gain the most benefit from Vitamin O, place it under the tongue for a short time and then swallow. If put in an organic medium, such as juice, milk, coffee, or tea, the oxygen dissipates quickly and you do not get full value from it.
A. One 2 ounce bottle will last about 3 weeks if you are taking 15 drops 3 times a day. There are approximately 900 drops in a two-ounce bottle. A four-ounce bottle would have therefore 1800 drops, etc.
A. Everyone’s body is different and so some people notice results immediately and others may take longer to notice a difference (a month or more).
A. There are no known side effects. However, if you take too much Vitamin O at one time you may notice a slight headache or too much energy.
A. None that we know of, but check with your doctor to be sure.
A. We have many reports of both children and animals successfully using Vitamin O. The amounts used will vary depending on what it is used for. Try different amounts to see what works best or check with a health care professional for advice.
A. The amount of salt in Vitamin O is a very small amount. 30 drops of Vitamin O contains less than 4 mg of sodium which is a very insignificant amount. However, if you have questions, check with your doctor.
A. We know of no problems with taking it during pregnancy. However check with your health practitioner to be sure.
A. It is about 6 months for an opened bottle and 2 years for an unopened bottle.
A. Vitamin O should not be confused with the Chlorite compounds which are available on the market and which represent an older, now outdated approach to providing oxygen supplementation. These older Chlorite type compounds must first come into contact with the hydrochloric acid in the stomach before oxygen is released by way of a vigorous chemical reaction. What’s more, unlike Vitamin O which can be placed onto the skin, the older Chlorite type compounds are extremely caustic and can do serious damage to the skin and delicate mucous membranes. Also, Vitamin O should not be confused with hydrogen peroxide, a compound which can cause a severe healing crisis if not administered properly and with appropriate care, and apparently has a tendency to release potentially harmful free radicals into the system.
A. You can store Vitamin O at room temperature. It does not need to be refrigerated.
A. We have not seen or heard of any adverse reactions.
A. RGarden has been selling it since 1996.
